Pleated blinds

Flamingo Blinds provides Plisee blinds and shades from Luxaflex collection, giving an exciting new look to windows. In nature and appearance, pleated window blinds have a great similarity to venetian blinds.

However the pleated fabric used in its manufacture creates a softer effect. A rigid head rail holds the operation gear and the blind is opened and closed by a pull cord, or in the case of roof blinds, a wand can be used which raises or lowers the bottom rail, causing the blind to fold in a concertina effect.

Pleated blinds offer a great advantage in particular applications such as roof windows, conservatories and shaped windows.

Duette and Plisee Blinds will also operate from the bottom up.
